Most of participants from foreign countries will need a visa to come to Russia. Since 2006, when the procedure of issuing visas was changed, the LOC can send the official invitation letter only after some processing of the invitation request in the Regional Immigration Office that takes up to ONE MONTH period. To initiate this procedure, we need to complete the IRF (Invitation Request Form) based on your personal data that are listed in the file VISA_PData. Please download this file, fill up all items and send it via email to Natalya Podoynikova (natur@sscc.ru) along with the scanned copy of your passport.

Upon processing your IRF, the LOC will mail you the Official Invitation Letter that you will submit to Russian Consulate along with your passport and other supporting documents. Taking into account the time needed for processing the invitation request and further mailing, please, start your visa arrangements as soon as possible.
